Foundation Industries contracts customized hand-labor SERVICES THAT ARE COMPETITIVELY PRICED AND DELIVERED ON TIME. The Foundation for the Handicapped was founded in 1966 by the Wayne Rotary to provide long-term employment for developmentally disabled adults. The concept was to develop an employment program for these individuals that is SELF-SUSTAINING AND REQUIRES NO GOVERNMENT SUBSIDY. Since then the Foundation has served Northern New Jersey businesses from our spacious 8,000 square foot facility in Wayne, New Jersey as a resource dedicated to hand-labor.
